Everything DiSC® Assessment

What does Everything DiSC measure?

DiSC® measures dimensions of your personality. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health, or values. The profiles describe your behavior in various situations. It will demonstrate a pattern of how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, your preferred pace, and how you respond to rules and procedures. It is meant to start a dialogue, not a diagnosis.

DiSC measures four aspects of personality that are the four foundational traits in the DiSC model: dominance (D), influence (i), steadiness (S), and conscientiousness (C).

The Everything DiSC family of products expands on these four quadrants, providing greater insight for specific purposes (managing others, leadership, sales, or conflict, for example).

The assessment questionnaire

The Everything DiSC assessment asks you to respond to simple statements on a five-point scale where you indicate how much you agree with each statement. There are no right or wrong answers. This online questionnaire takes only about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Powered by 40+ years of research, each Everything DiSC personality assessment combines computerized adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to quickly analyze a person’s responses and deliver precise insights to each participant. The profile translates these assessment results into a personalized narrative that’s both actionable and memorable. These insights lay the groundwork for a personalized experience rich with “A-ha!” moments that inspire behavior change.

Scoring

Scoring is done electronically. A person’s dot placement is displayed in a circular image. This has proved to be more engaging, memorable, and informative than a series of numbers or graphs.

The Profile Report

The personalized content in the profile deepens self-understanding through the DiSC® model. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies to help them improve their interactions and ultimately, their performance.

Use the profile as a stand-alone report, or as part of the context of a classroom training to help develop people skills at work. Everything DiSC Comparison, Group Culture, or other reports can also be used to provide a greater understanding of your team, group, clients, or colleagues.
