What is Everything DiSC®?

Everything DiSC is a non-judgmental personality and behavioral assessment used by people and organizations to improve teamwork, communication, and productivity.

DiSC is an acronym and simply put, the letters D, i, S, and C stand for the four DiSC styles: D – Dominance; i – Influence; S – Steadiness C- Conscientiousness. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles – usually one, two, or even three styles stand out.
